i reverted back to stock firmware because of some missing features in gcam with custom roms. (video stabilization, etc)
the quality of the poco x3 stock cam is nearly the same like gcam. i had other xiaomi phones with very bad stock cams. (mi max 3 / mi a3 / redmi note8)
also the stock cam replacement (anxcamera) for custom roms has some missing features.

It is objectively safe and established by countless tests that a gcam with the right settings greatly exceeds the performance of the stock camera. Those who say the opposite do not ask if the gcam they tried is well set up because I repeat countless comparisons give certain proof that the performance of the gcam is better than the stock camera. Then everyone does as he wants.
To both pictures are good quality. You really cannot immediately say that one is better that the other. So finally you have to judge based on your personal feelings. I like more picture on the right (stock), but only after long staring, thinking, analysing and guessing. But the deal breaker is safety and privacy impossible to achieve on MIUI, spying, tracking, ads, etc.

Is the stock camera of the pocox3 on the miuimix. The label identifies it as redmi note 9s ...
Are you sure that miuimix handles camera as well as stock rom? If it identifies camera as redmi note 9s it's there a high probability that rom uses this phone's vendor ported somehow (as it's known that miuimix uses chinese vendors in it own builds....or Poco X3 doesn't have such vendor).
And a off topic question too (just curiosity :)): what features offers miuimix others than xiaomi.eu does?

The miuimix, is a porting of the miui china and eu, precisely mix. It is almost completely similar to the Miui Global but has many xiaomi services blocked and lighter in consumption and a little more performing. As for the identification of the phone, I can't tell you exactly why it is detected as redmi note 9s. I only know that it has been so since I installed it ..
