Gcam mod for redmi 8A

Found out one apk that can be installed but it doesn't have portrait mode and night mode because its an older version.

Hello guys i hace a problem, hace updated My 8a to miui 11 after purchase , and i'm trying to install every gcam mod i can find but the installation never complete, it always Say "app not installed" but i can install every others APK without any problem... Any help please...

The shutter button hangs for me after trying to take a picture no matter if hdr is on or off. I think it's either working only on global rom or Indian variant of 8a. I'm not sure how to tell which variant u have unless u bought it there locally. I'm currently on EU rom instead of global but the model my 8a is global version with more bands since I ordered it online. Also I think gcam is supposed to work if these are showing but it doesn't for some reason

Anyone have any idea about gcam or any other camera app that has night light and slow motion for redmi 8A. If not both any one of the mentioned features...
After testing multiple GCAMs and performing multiple tests. The only cameras that i found compatible are: Camera Go, GCAM version 3 and some versions 4. Also a version 5 but without HDR +.
The rest of GCAM does not work on Redmi 8A.

Crash after using lens blur for selfie
When i try to use lens blur for selfie the app crashes.
How can i take portrait selfie?
Do i have to make 64 bit os for taking portrait selfies?
And another thing is cyanogenmods website suggests arnova gcam 6.1.021 but doesn’t install in my phone.

lens blur is very bad in stock 32bit rom
you can use gcam 6.x if you install 64bit miui

I've found this port of gcam for redmi 8a. Everything works except for the front camera. If you want front camera to work you need to enable hdr+ for front cam in settings which will break the main camera. Also there is a button for night sight. It is very reliable.

If you installed miui 12 and the photo quality is very bad, this port is a real lifesaver! Unrelated but is it just me or does miui 12.0.1 update destroy the camera quality?

It was working before I installed custom rom (64 bit) in my phone.
It just doesn't show any image after opening.
Please help me this gcam was the best one I had and I don't want to go back to miui to run this
