Imo arnova V8.3b1 is still the version that works best for me. Hopefully there's going to be a new update for it soon.

Hi, noob question here.
I currently own a OnePlus 5T stock and on latest open beta 17 and not rooted.
Will the latest updates work fine.
I would appreciate if someone told me what all works and what all doesn't if we are on stock.
I noticed that if I use portrait mode on front camera the photo is not processed and instead some green and brown lines are saved.
Really appreciate if someone just directs me to the answer.
The OnePlus camera lacks a lot in sharpness.
Also would be great if anyone could tell me which version to go for so that least amount of bugs are encountered.

P.S. I am aware of the white dot pattern which can only be fixed by flashing the fix via magisk or recovery.

Can you provide me the username or link of telegram channel of bsg modI still do randomly. Didn't find a real way to reproduce them, but I managed to provide Arnova8G2 with some logs.
He is busy atm though with something else
B-S-G also started working on GCam 6.1 for the Mi8 according to the Telegram channel (posted a screenshot of the viewfinder).
What is also a huge accomplishment, @eszdman managed to manipulate the gamma within a lib to reduce black crush in shadows / black objects.

I've seen some good results in another forum already. It has to be said that the Pixel devices also tend to produce black crush in shadows.
Maybe this can also be implemented into @Arnova8G2 version for the OP6 at some point.

GCam 6 looks nice! I like the new panorama. But sadly I can't take any pics, not even withut hdr+. Anyway, welcome back Arnova!

Welcome back! The photo does not work. Works blur, panorama, video, sphere. In these modes, photos of 5 Mp are obtained.

Version one can be more stable for OP6, Mi5, Mi5s on Pie.
