Is there someone that find a xml config for Burial beta 9.2 ?

I've just uploaded a config to celsoazovedo. it's nothing spectacular, just set the camera sensor types for awb and color correction. i shot a few pics with it, and tbh, burial's defaults are pretty good after setting the sensor types for all cameras correctly. i am sure you could squeeze a bit extra if you spent a day on it, but I don't have that kind of free time.

THANK YOU! we really should make a seperate thread dedicated to the stock camera enhanced mod. this really is the BEST video quality. Gcam does take better photos however it's 5x slower and glitchy most of the time.

UPDATE: unfortunately, for some this version i get crashes whenever I go to settings. the previous ver of roman yalta's mod was working fine for me...

The solution is: delete the / data / system / package_cache / folder and restart the phone.

thanks! actually i was able to fix it by downloading the other version that was on the same russian thread. it seems the version you posted is for the people who have android 11. since im on the latest stable xiaomi.eu miui12 rom, it's on android 10 and so thats why i was guessing it was having issues. are you using android 11, which xiaomi.eu beta?

i've since flashed the other version he posted and it works fine again. but thanks!

Im on xiaomi.eu A10, latest beta released with A10. At first I faced crashes too, but when I odexed the app as the module description counseled, the app started to work fine

Hi all, anyone with a note 10 on MIUI 12 able to use night sight? No GCam mods are working for me using night sight since the MIUI 12 update. Also, HDR+ enhanced only works when less than 15 frames are used (especially in dark scenes where shutter speeds are lower).

The only difference with my setup is I'm on Global, not EU.

So when you load burial 9.2 and go to night sight, and be sure to click the "1X" lens, and take a photo in a semi-dark place (like indoors)... it actually produces a final picture? Because this is not happening for me, even after factory reset.

Interesting. Must be a problem with the Global version of the phone. The photo initially appears while "processing HDR" but it disappears completely after a few seconds. This happens with all versions I've tested except, oddly enough, for the 7.4 from Arnova (Note7 edition, GCam_5.2Note7Pro.201006.1023build-7.4.104.apk without ability to switch lenses. The latest, GCam_5.2beta3.201006.2045build-7.4.104.apk, crashes immediately from clean install, so obviously broken for this phone).

Interestingly, the 8.0.100 series mod from Arnova also works with night sight (GCam_6beta.201115.1444build-8.0.101.apk), but makes a horribly loud noise when taking pictures, even when the volume is off on the phone, which means I can't use it in the office or library or anywhere quiet, including at home at night when I like testing these apps, which makes it 100% useless to me. Hilarious that such a promising app is completely useless to me because it makes noise! Such a trivial thing to fix, though... hope Arnova works his magic there).

No. You can enable the lens by going into Settings -> Advanced and clicking on "narrow lens", but it doesn't save pictures correctly (appearing blue and distorted). The wide lens and 2x zoom lenses are not supported at all. The macro lens is supported (toggle "wide lens" in the advanced settings) but I haven't tested if it saves the image properly because I don't use that lens much.

Just FYI -- burial released a beta 10 version of the burial GCam 7.3 series for the Mi Note 10 (and 9). But strangely, his mod (like many others except Arnova's) does not save the picture when using night sight or "enhanced hdr+" when set to "high" picture quality. I've completely factory reset the phone (Global Mi Note 10, MIUI 12), skipped all setup steps, no sim card -- and ONLY installed GCam mods from Celso's site. Then I switch to Night mode and take a few pictures. They will start saving but no picture will be saved after processing completes.

Only arnova's mod works (both 7.4 -- second-to-latest version of it -- and 8.01 series). Why?

[edit] Turns out Arnova's mod is just a little cleverer than the rest at interfacing with Photos. If I look in the MIUI gallery after taking the photo, it's in there. It shows up in Google Photos eventually (although you can force it to appear by restarting your phone). I think other devs should do whatever Arnova did with the Photos/3rd party app integration.
