Done the same steps for fastboot oem enable_camera_hal3 true command I'm getting the above mentioned error

In F1v9.4a_6.2.030 version, focus tracking doesn't work. Using 6/64.

I will give it a try and get back to you. Jfyi I was getting output for fastboot devices command.

Go to https://developer.android.com/studio/releases/platform-tools. Click on "Download SDK Platform-Tools for Windows".
Extract this to a simple path like C:\Platformtools. Be careful to avoid spacse in the folder name. Example :- of the folders name is like "platform tools"then it should be changed to "platformtools" or 'platform_tools' or anything else that's doesn't involve spaces. Open cmd or powershell in the extracted folder of the file download earlier(Google on how to do this).
In case of powershell add ".\" without quotes to commands in the tutorial.

I systemised by magisk module. Whitelisting also done but issue not solved...
