I sent ZTE an email and they replied with this:

Dear Valued ZTE Customer

This email is a follow up on the request you had forwarded us.

We would like to inform you that, the Axon 10 pro has had a recent update only for the US version and not for the European version yet.

If there is an update released for the device, we will notify you soon about it.

But so many have had already the update for the 2020G model.

Maybe they pulled the update or the servers altogether?

On german Facebook they published that Android 10 was pulled because of lots of minor bugs. They also offered downgrade to Android 9.

I am myself on Android 10 and have to restart often my phone a day, because I am to lazy to downgrade...

Found this download site for europe.
There is a version 2.4.
Also you find downgrade roms.
That all makes me unsure to install the upgrade.
Of course, all of this is confusing.
Updates are offered and also the return ticket.

Updated from 1.8 EU to 2.4 EU via ADB Sideload from pc.

No data is erased. It is safe to flash.

Flashed 2.4, all looks fine beside one thing.
The SmartLock is not working, the location one.
Correct location is set and enabled, but still not working.

Looks like system navigation for 3 Rd party launcher is still disabled in this update. Camera is slower at switching or taking photos

What's the difference between v2.3 and v2.4?

Any notable bug fixes? Major faults besides a slower camera and smart lock issues?
Does the SD card update method wipe the internal storage?
Just don't want to have my daily driver fail on me.

Update: Tried the v2.4 update, feels fine, no problems with the camera but the Google Assistant shortcut doesnt work.
Tried it on navigation keys and gestures, voice command activates but it wont activate via either of the shortcuts.
Anyone else have the problem?

I have ZTE Axon 10 pro 5g version is there some diffrence in software?
I havent had any updates this year still using Android 9! No OTA
Can i just use the link above to german site and load that or...?
