general question about tf3d sms tab

i live in korea and korea uses their own sms service. ms-sms on korean phone is blocked. how can i change the registry to the touch flo sms tab to lead me to the korean sms program?

i don't know your sms system but integrate a different program in manila tab is nearly impossible
