I need help ! My car has the configuration shown in the attached picture. Basically it works fine, but the equalizer doesn't do anything. If I do a factory reset, it's fine for a while, but if I install something afterwards, it doesn't work anymore.

Hi, I checked if it there was a post about this but i didn't found anything, so, here we go.

For those that have a generic or FY Auto firmware, here is a website where you can find the correct firmware for your head unit.

User: Xyauto
PW: 123456

For example, my unit has a "FY Auto" Firmware with Android 11 (meh), the model showed on the Android Settings is ZH2192A, but CPU-Z also shows that the unit is an "full_8227L_demo", the important info in the CPU-Z is on the "SYSTEM" window, where you can find the "BUILD ID", this is the necesary info to choose the correct firmware, in my case, the BUILD ID is F9212A_00017_V001, so, my unit should be updated with the firmware located at the "9212/A" website folder.

Hope this help to those ones trying to find any firmware to their headunits.

Hello, I checked if there was a post about this but I didn't find anything, so here we go.

For those who have generic or FY Auto firmware, here is a website to help you find the correct firmware for your head unit.

For example, my device has an "FY Auto" firmware running Android 11 (meh), the model shown in Android settings is ZH2192A, but CPU-Z also shows that the device is a " full_8227L_demo " which has the important info in the CPU -Z is in the "SYSTEM" window where you can find the "BUILD ID". This is the necessary information to select the correct firmware. In my case the BUILD ID is F9212A _00017_V001 so my device should be updated with the firmware that is in the website folder “9212/A”.

I hope this is of help to those trying to find firmware for their head units.

The only problem is that the firmware is not offered there for the 1024x600 resolution. Did that work for you? anything else would be too risky for me

Tks in advance,Cosmin.

Mod translation:
Hello, I see my navigation, this version of Android 11, but when I look at the XyAuto website, I see that there is no ... the last version on the website is Android 10, but with a different firmware, I mean, I just have a look as you can see in this picture version 7.0 BUT on the website it is 7.3.7....
So what can I do, I'm a fool trying to upgrade but actually I think it's a downgrade….
what do you think?? Which is correct and what can I do in my situation?
Tks in advance, Cosmin.

I have updated my F9212B with the correct firmware from this site spending hours using Google translate to find the right one. After the update none of the physical buttons on the head unit work. Any one have any ideas on how I get them working again?

Hi Bro,
I have a device YT5760B (AC8259), resolution 1280x720
After I update ROM XYAUTO: Link
Then I mistakenly updated the UI to 1920x720 resolution: link UI
Currently the device is still on and working (Radio is still playing through the speaker), but the screen is not displayed, only dimly lit.

Please help me fix this and get the device working

Hi Concern, I have 9212A head unit with android 10. I have down “gongban_F9212A_SP_768x1024_mipi_en-ota-v7.3.7” for updating. After installation system restart and screen blind and sometime radio voice I can hear.

No display low brightness shows and nothing. I have tried to unplug car battery cable and reset many time with needle from front side but same no success, can you please help me to resolve this issue…?
I think your unit is 1024x600, not 1024x768.
