must i install first the 10d with lgup? i am not sure about this with the LG5
with my old HTC M7 i had to install first the new firmware first and then the roms from the developer.

Usually no need to install base firmware
Just, in order to keep it on the safe side, install V10d, flash twrp, wipe system data cache and dalvik with twrp and flash this rom

If your on the H850 model you should be fine (not sure about the H830 as I don't own in).

I was able to unlock bootloader, root, TWRP and flash ROM on my EE LG G5 H850 model.

Check about half way down the first thread in the link below. I used this post as a guide, be sure to follow everything very carefully!

Contract tho that shouldn't affect anything with installing etc. However I do believe it will void your warranty, you may be able to return to complete stock if an issue ever did arise though I'm not too sure

Yeah i know that my warranty will be void..but in that case is their a specific software to re install and back to stock

I think there is the ability but I can't say that with too much confidence, I'd advise having a quick search first.

Facing the same problem.... No fingerprint. Even when restoring my backup no fingerprint....

try flash kdz v10d or wait v10d full bootloader will add the link. fingerprint there is no problem with me.
