From the 1st of this month all the h815 euro variants can unlock bootloader if needed. I flashed this yesterday; just make sure you read step by step and you will be fine. Only just unlocked my bootloader 5mins ago

Which variant is yours? I have the 815P and by last night I still couldn't unlock the bootloader so I don't quite agree with your assertion on this.

Go into your phones settings, set the date date to the 30th of august 2015, do your thing with flashfire and set the date back to automatic. The flashfire beta version is valid only till 31.8.2015

May I ask what 10g is? I understand it's older than the latest 10e with stagefright fixed.
But which version is it? And should we gef on a certain version through flashtool before flashing genisys through twrp?

I do not know about stagefright.You do not need no Flash tool. direct twrp flash updated system boot & modem.
