Hey therr i was setting up my New s4 mini - i already had one i just got a New one and now i found a wierd issue - i live in a area with a good signal and so it is strange that my phone suddenly finds no signal... Im running leinage -actual nightley and it is about that i use the default modem and baseband a friend of mine has the same baseband and modem but a original Rom; the last one rrleased and another cellphone which always has signal whereas the two s4 minis lose theirs... I think that the baseband processor fixes to one cellular Tower and denies switches but i dont have a testing enviroment for that... And samsungs support is not a great help in that case
