Get higher bitrate of video, B852

I would like to get higher bitrate of video than aprox. 9Mb/s. Older ROM B609 had 14.4 MB/s I just tried to edit media_profile.xml to get higher bitrate of huawei p7, but it doesnt work. It cant write to system/etc... so I cant to edit that xml. Is needed to have a ROOT? ROM is B852 ..

Or pls. give me some advice to get better video bitrate from this device without ROOTing, thanks

Hi,
for changes in system you need root. But its very easy in our device. My first way is to install TWRP and install super su.

thanks for advice. could you tell me the exact way how to root my device? I rooted few phones, but never huawei. Or some link to topic about rooting B852

Can someone upload their media_profile.xml File? I have changed it and can't revert back It can be easily found in system/etc
