Get text messages on alternate phone?

I have the S22 Ultra, which is my primary, & Pixel 7 Pro, both through Spectrum and since I use the S22 pretty much all the time and always have it on/near me, wanted to know if there was a way to get texts sent to the P7P also sent to the S22, even if it's off, regardless of it works the other way as well or not (texts sent to S22 also sent to the P7P)?

It is possible to install spyware that allows another device to receive texts and calls sent/received by the other device.
