Getting error code 963

Hi frnds
I inserted new 32 GB samsung class10 sd card on my new zenfone2 laser,after inserting that:
whenever i download something from play store, i'am getting errorcode 963
and the app is not getting downloaded,even I also tried using another SD card ,but still iam getting same error
if i download something from play-store.And also the phone is getting hung and very slow after putting in the SD-card.
i tried all methods like clearing cache,app-data ,formating sd card but none worked
Any solution ???Am i the only one facing this issue????

I have the Zenfone 2 experiencing the same problem. I uninstalled the updates for Google Play Store and all of the apps that required updating did so.
