My Way to Unlock Bootloader​

Step1:Go to MiUnlock to apply the permission of unlock BL.
Step2:Wait about a week for the preview of the permission.
Step3:Backup data by TWRP or others and move it to your PC(if necessary
Step4:Download the MiUnlock from here.
Step5:Download the new MIUI ROM and flash it by MiFlash (maybe you should enter 9008 mode

To enter 9008 mode:
1.Reboot to Fastboot
2.use recommend "fastboot oem edl"
3.OK

Step6:Sign up you account to you Phone
Step7:Reboot to Fastboot and try to use MiUnlock to unlock BL
Importance:If the unlock always stoped when it reach 50% and say something about your account,don't be nervous and read the next QUOTE

As Mi's customer service says,they will recode the false of unlock for 4C's users and they will do some adjust for it.Just wait 5~7 days and you can use MiUnlock normally.
Please plan for what to do during this period.
If you are not the user of 4C,go to Developer Options

Step8:Flash newest TWRP and wipe /system , /data and /cache(you can change data and cache to F2FS to make them faster
Step9:Flash your ROM,Gapps and so on and enjoy it!

I have been fighting for a week with the boot loader. I would like to use in the RR 5.8.2 the new firmware. The authorization I got very quickly. 2 or 3 working days.
Then I wanted to unlock the bootloader. First I fought with the fastboot drivers. Then with the problem "mi account is different from mi account of the phone". Finally I was blocked because of too many attempts. Ip Adress to often.
Now I restore my RR 5.8.1 and wait a few more days. Horror.
