I found my 8125 is extreme bad.. i tried few difference rom.. slow and unstable.. i think i will use it as toys. it can't be major phone.. so unstable

i think because of the cpu.. too slow.. and WM5 is still unstable. i am using treo650 also. treo650 is much stable and faster response.. wizard lag too much

sorry to hear that. maybe you should hard reset and start with the simple speed tweaks and leave the rom alone. mine is fine.

i would love to add something like battery pack pro.. but you can tell it slow down and lag.. i will try to use it without any customization.. maybe it will be better

Maybe you should try the new 2.16.9.1 Imate rom. It is stable and fast.
