Due to bugs in 13 i just rolled back to 12, having slow charge, slowness, over heating issue, brightness issue, not sure if realme will fix these soon
Rolled back to A21 IND version happy with this, till realme fix the bugs on 13 version
Does everyone have realme UI 4.0 written in the software updates tab but 3.0 in about device or it's just for me?

It's the same for me. They're probably preparing the server for the UI 4.0 update (I think it should be C.10).
I, too, from Slovakia, report a change to Realme UI 4.0, but I did not notice any change quickly.
You have no eyes, where do you see Europe (EU-NONEEA-Double)?
There are only Full OTAs for India (IN) and Europe (EUEX)!
I used your version before. How did I download it? I found it by myself. I have replaced it with exu, vegetable chicken

Just install it and don't worry. You will see Realme UI 4.0 after the update.2
The correct command is:
realme-ota -r 3 RMX3301EEA RMX3301_11.C.00_0000_000000000000 4 01000100
Notice that the server is the European one (-r 3) and product_model is RMX3301EEA. It's not important if Realme UI is set to 3 or 4, it works either way.22
Yes, apparently they restored L1 on unlocked bootloader with Android 13. -
12Since a lot of people is asking for firmware files, OTAs, boot.img, I decided to collect all the resources here, so that it would be easier to get what you need.
First of all, you have to identify your ROM version. It is not the scope of this post to teach you how to use adb, so I suppose you already know.
Runadb shell getprop ro.build.oplus_nv_idand check the result with the table at the end of the post to know if you have the export or GDPR ROM.

Unfortunately, not all versions are available on the Realme servers, so if a firmware is not listed here, it's not available.

How to get the latest OTA URL by yourself:
You can use realme-ota to get the latest OTA for another nv_id or the ones above if I haven't updated this topic yet after a new update is released. Just keep in mind that, if the rollout is still ongoing, you may still get the previous version. Just wait a few days and try again.
For example, to get the latest TW OTA (nv_id = 00011010), run

How to extract images from EDL firmware package:
- Extract the zip or 7z file
- Use mct_ofp_extractor or oppo_decrypt to extract the OFP file
- If you need to get super.img, open super_map.csv and take note of the files you have to merge for your nv_id
- Use simg2img to merge your files like this (search online for the simg2img binary if you're on Windows):

Here is a detailed guide. Python version 3.11+ may require extra two optional steps marked with a star *
- Install Python and pip
- Install python module Requests: python -m pip install requests
- * Install python module Pycryptodome: pip install pycryptodome
- * Go to Python install location and folder \Lib\site-packages . Rename "crypto" to "Crypto"
- Extract the realme-ota-master.zip file somewhere. I recommend C:\Python install location\Scripts\ , create there a new folder "realme-ota" and extract contents of archive inside of it.
- Open notepad and paste following. Edit the line with "cd" and put the location where you installed Python. The complete location should be the folder that has "main.py" file in it

- Now open terminal and run the realme-ota command.

The new format means that the ROM file is now huge. Please consider downloading the OTA file instead, since 90% of the time you can do the same things with it.
