Global version mi A1 does not work with jio VOLTE, are there different bands

hi, as my mi a1 is global version and somehow JIO VOLTE does not work, i also have honor v10 and it works immediately but somehow with mi a1 t does not work i followed this guide from @raza_maestro but it does not help, can somebody help I am desperate here.
after entering into engineering mode *#*#4636#* #* and checking ims status it says not registered. even after following each step from the abovementioned guide

No volte after flash

Same problem here with global version... I had an issue with network but volte was working perfectly then i decided to flash my phone with latest oreo update. But after flash with mi tool no HD icon no volte... Need help can't find any solution yet i have tried many roms but no volte

There is NOT different versions of mi a1 , and therefore it doesn't exist a global version

My friend bought mi a1 from Dubai and his phone doesn't supports volte sadly

so i figured out that dual sim is very poorly implemented. It supports both it is just that you have to be able to enable it properly. The wayI got it to work is byputting jio in main sim slot and disabling the other slot. once jio registers on the network, enable the sim in the second slot
