I just purchased [Global Version] XIAOMI Wanbo T2MAX 1080P Mini LED Projector, unfortunately the video from youtube and full hd video from USB drive are laggy / slow while playing and some video's audio are not synching while using Bluetooth speaker. Is there any way to solve this lag with turned on the keystone correction because I can only place the projector in corner side of my room not in the center.

Did you find an acceptable solution ? It seems the only one so far to improve fluidity with keystone correction is to decrease the projector resolution down to 720p...

Hello, I recently bought the international wanbo t2 max. This is updated to the latest version. The problem is that when I connect something via HDMI, the image is cut off. I have it set to a wall and adjust the corners in trapezoid mode. It doesn't matter if I connect, the same thing happens to me and it's like a zoom type. (I already tried to configure that option that appears in the image and it does not let me. The same thing happens with my computer too)

Same issue. Seems to be a common problem when connecting via HDMI.

My T2 Max has an issue where I can't change the image settings, brightness, contrast and other settings it doesn't matter which setting I change the image doesn't reflect the changes.

I do also have bought a miroir mini projector. This projector is good and works better than Xiaomi mini projector. The good thing is that you can make disa activation code bypass miroir by using a hack.

Does the projector have a factory restore setting? If yes, then it can be the last option you can try.
