Gmail password

I changed my gmail password online and when I try to go into the market or anything it won't let me.

Also I can't remove the account without factory reset.

Is there a way that I can change the password to the correct password?

Edit: it simply gave me the option to change password. How can I delete this post?

Just delete all the post and change title to "mod please delete thread"
