Going back to stock problem

So I was trying out some Android P roms and i wanted to go back to stock. I searched up on youtube what to do and it worked. There was no phone signal so I decided to try updating which bricked my phone. I blank-flashed and now I have no idea what to do. Anybody have an idea on what to do?

I dont think i will be able to recover. My oem is locked and I think thats why I wont be able to recover.
