Did a search for the S7A on eBay, and some have really good prices, cheaper than what AT&T is selling.

Quite a few sellers to choose from, no idea how they can do so considering the S7A is a AT&T exclusive?

Any idea how reliable they are since I really want to get my hands on a S7A and I am not in the US.

I bought one on ebay, shipped to Aus. Very happy. Works fine. Only downside is, AT&T have disabled updates unless you are on their network. Also, they have disabled the context menu for setting preferred network type which means you are stuck with whatever is strongest: no way to specify you'd like to stay on 3G network for battery benefits. Also...no root.

agreed but there are workarounds, or workarounds on the horizon ..
theres a certain keypress to get to hidden menu, to select which type of network is preferred ...
the s6 active was the same but they manage to find the updates on AT&T site an update manually ..
theres a working tethered root.. so shows promise for future ..
