I was using parrot's and on fire gcam with your settings and parrot was the best but then I upgraded to android 11 with Nusantara rom and now I can't install either of those gcam. But gcam 8.1 works perfectly fine but parrot and on fire crashes after installing even if I cleaned their data. I tried uninstalling gcam 8.1 and then installing them using app cloner as you mentioned previously but still not working (used skip native libraries etc). So please help cuz that was the best version of gcam I've ever used and I'd really like to have it again in my poco F1.

Sorry, I think it is due to the special Rom you are using. Maybe your rom has a gcam and you can completely remove this gcam.
Otherwise Parrot's 7.0.009 final goodbye version also works on android 11.

Might be cuz of the upgraded ROM. I was using parrot's gcam in the same rom previously but it was an older version. But in this version I had a normal gcam but I uninstalled it. I tried installing other gcam 7.0 versions but none of them work but the Gcams with version 8 or above works perfectly fine. Don't know what's wrong with the rom or whatever 😑😬. So could you tell me some settings for BSG's MGC 8.1.101 for better quality photos ?

Hey,
Sure I will add it. May I ask if this version from the official telegram of parrot043 is the same as yours in the link?

I don't use telegram and those who don't can't download.
My link on first page is parrot's 7.0.009.259843690 final version.

Also if you want EIS on video and also motion picture you can use only this version : MGC_8.2.300_Parrot043_V5 - https://gcambrasil.com.br/devs/parrot/changelog210621/

But no matter what setting you use other gcams for photo quality Parrot's 7.0.009 final version is better.

But yes my link on first page is the same with v7.0.009 v14 final version (7.0.009.259843690) on parrot's telegram.
I just wanted to know if it's the same, I will re-upload to my AFH so everyone can get it. Thanks for clarification, I will add it soon.

Hey, I checked both GCams, and GCam you posted is different from one on Telegram Channel or on Celsoazevedo, Telegram's one is Dogfood edition (Dog food apps are internally released versions of apps for the devs to test themselves before entering the release cycle) and can't be installed on Android 12, even sizes are different
131MB vs 87MB

I don't have telegram as I said before and where I got this gcam version link is in the description section of this youtube video.

The version in the link I gave is 7.0.009.259843690 is the final version, but parrot may have shared it during the development phase, I do not know. I've been using it for two years with no problems.
@Retrial I recommend you to share the apk version in my link, but if there is a different apk for parrot version 7.0.0009, you can download it and use my settings.

I did tests with Sanity GCam and that Parrot's Goodbye version with youur settings, here are photos taken with night sight, there was no light in that room (left is Sanity, right is Parrot), however i must say that in good lightning, pictures taken with Parrot's GCam makes less noise on image than Sanity's

I've re-upload the GCam u have in ur links in my AFH because I want to have it as backup there in case the file gets deleted by the uploader. I added to my collection along with ur thread with settings. Thanks.

I agree that Sanity's makes better brighter night pictures but with more noise. Hmm

As I said before in the thread, since I don't shoot many night sights, maybe you can change the Correction NightSight value in Advanced settings to get a better night sight shot. Also in dark interior places, normal camera shooting with flash instead of night sight shot gives excellent results.
If you keep trying, you will see that not only good lighting condition also on night sight the best and clearest photos are taken with this gcam.

In addition, if you shoot normal camera with flash without the need for night sight in a completely dark room, such as your room, you will see how successful this gcam is. If you see that I am right, please share your shots here so that everyone can see it.

UPDATE : Parrot's 7.0.009 final goodbye version GCam with detailed settings below is still the best overall. Because onFire's Gcam (based on @cstark27 's Camera PX 4.1) is good but has some bugs : slowmotion, sabre with selfie, camera sound etc... for bugs : https://www.celsoazevedo.com/files/android/google-camera/f/changelog886/

Especilally shooting with flash and videos Parrot is better than onFire. onFire was better in night sight and most conditions. But things may have changed with the last iso change in the parrot settings. The parrot is very good now.

You can install and use two Gcams at the same time without any need. I think it's best to use both.

Keep in mind : after installation Clear data of the apps.

    Parrot's GCam link-1 : https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=4349826312261647530
    Parrot's GCam link-2 : https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=2981970449027571020

Parrot's Gcam my settings is below.

on 22-03-2020, I have tested latest parrot's gcam I have been waiting for a long time to working in pocophone f1.
Also last fewdays I have tested latest gcam versions san1ty, onfire, the_dise, pitbull, marlin-ku, burial, urnyx05, burial and jairo_rossi too.
Unfortunately, Still picture quality of two gcams I have shared here beat all new 7.x gcam versions :(

I think all the developers are trying to make all the functions of the new versions work devotedly. Therefore they cannot concentrate enough on the total photo quality.

Soon, I hope someone will do better newer version that works every function.

Thanks for this. Waiting for some legend to apply these settings, backup using titanium backup and upload it for everyone lol

Why not be that legend yourself?
