google 2-step authing and flashing roms

No not really unless you do the following.

Backup the accounts using Titanium Backup, when you install the new ROM skip the sign in part. Install Titanium backup (you can download an apk from their website and then restore the account data with Titanium. Do a restart and you will have your google account working without the need to enter the huge code from second step verification.
