Razer has done a unbelievable job vamping up their Razer Phone for the Razer Phone 2! The stock camera improved vastly, but still very bad in low light ambient lighting, and portrait mode is just bad. The camera hardware is just amazing, same as the Pixel 3/3XL series. Thanks to BSG for kick starting the whole modded google camera scenes! Also thanks to san1tyy, and the great defcomg, razer phone 2 is blazing on the GCam scene.

Changelog:
-Initial release
-added 45 frames and 50 frames for low light shots
-manual slider for iso and long exposure. Long exposure is not working fully because Razer did not implement it yet on their stock camera
-pixel 3 awb enabled, and super res zoom. Super res zoom works sort off because it does makes pictures max zoom much sharper but true super res zoom requires pixel visual core only for Pixel 3/3XL

Tips: set processing to 2018zslr+, and use pixel 3 xl mode for front and rear cameras. Max every other settings out.

bright flash at the start of the video/ slow motion fail

My video's start with a bright flash on the screen, Im unable to change that. Slow motion videos do not playback.
Using RP2 8.1.0, MR2 .2009

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but this ONLY works when I select Panorama otherwise its just a black screen that eventually force closes.

Slow motion does not work for me, I get 2 seconds of regular speed video playback, then the video freezes, the slowmo audio plays slow, then after a few seconds pause, 2 more seconds of regular speed video, and this just keeps repeating the whole video. The only thing slow is the audio. Did I miss something? A setting? Or does it just plain not work at all? And what do you even mean by "max out all the other settings"...? What settings are you referring to? What is max? I don't even know what 99% of the tecno-babble in the settings menu even means, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Can anyone clarify? Maybe post a list of what settings are the "best".

found a working gcam mod that has slow motion and time lapse, verified to work, on my phone, from personal experience. Also includes other settings for resolution and all the other gcam goodies.

Hey,in case someone comes here instead of seeing its specific thread, a Razer Phone 2 version of GCam was uploaded to https://www.celsoazevedo.com/files/a...google-camera/ the other day. I downloaded it, and it's so much faster than the MI8 version. It's bloody quick. No more loading ring when I'm taking a picture. Just a flash as the picture is taken.
