This is happening for me too. Unable to install. Failed at Staging the app itself with this parsing package error message.

Try scrubber gcam (api24} works on miui 9 nougat7.0. need simply migisk root and camera2api.

Then most probably you are using wrong apk versionof it. Try installing arnova modded gcam v6.
