Since BigKaka isn't here on XDA, let's use this thread to discuss his versions.

His versions usually:

- Don't require Google Services.
- Might work better on devices popular in China (he's from there).
- Lots of settings/configuration for each camera.
- Lets you use watermarks/logos.
- Supports different profiles.

Thanks for the new camera AGC8.7.250_V1.0 !
Here is just such a problem:
- loading custom libs does not work. I tried putting them in the .../AGC8.7 folder and created the .../AGC8.7/LIB folder - it doesn't work.

It looks like the camera has a global problem with reading / loading.
For example, she creates and writes a config, but she cannot read/load it.
AGC8.4.300_V9.5Fix does not have a problem with reading/loading.

P.S. naturally, all permissions are given to the camera.

There is some issues with this version.
1 - portret mode have interesting glitches - person in focus have a ghost behind it, slightly on left. When retaken a photo, then most likely image will be ok.
2 - in normal mode have a zoom issue. In normal state 1x preview jumps to 2x zoom, but picture taken has normal (no zoom) 1x. To get some touch with reality, need to zoom in to 1,1x.... so zoom get back close to normal state.

Forgot mention device I'm on - xiaomi mi 11i (haydn)

It seems that v. 8.4.300.414775575.18 has been tested to work on Redmi Note 12 Turbo (Marble). Only configs written specifically for Mi 12S Ultra (bychen) and agc12x-hid02-8d.agc makes it work partially.

Some works by default:

• Main (rear) camera - device interface - Pixel 5a 5G (Barbet)
• Main (rear) camera - HDR+ Model - Pixel 4 (Flame)
• Main (rear) normal video - 2.61444 - EISV2
• Main (rear) Slow Motion video (1/4)

Some doesn't work (FC) by default:

• Front cam (any)
• Main (rear) Portrait
• Main (rear) Time Lapse
• Main (rear) Night Shot

I would appreciate some pointers to make it work.



Work-around for front cam

1. Open GCam then swipe down on the screen and tap More Settings.
2. Under Custom, go to Lens Setting then select Front (System ID = 1)
3. Choose Auto for Device Interface & HDR+ Model
4. Scroll down to Stream Configuration to change some settings
5. For Operation Mode for Photo, choose manual input and enter this on the next line: 32755
6. For Operation Mode for Portrait, choose 15. 33009 - Portrait Front

Upon returning to the main screem, test and both normal and portrait mode should work for the front cam.

AGC 8.8 V1.0

The first release of 8.8 has almost all the features of 8.7. We also brought GcamTools, which you can easily copy profiles between lens, and if it is a rooted Mi10U device (Mi11U later), you can easy to load 48MP module: GCamTools.apk

Compared with version 8.7, we bring the following updates:

- Custom patch parameters support displaying the real value
