Anyone here have a google camera mod that resolve the problem of the reddish/pinkish hdr+ photos in low light? Thanks.

The perfect camera is the pixel2mod V5 by Arnova without the reddish hue. If somehow @Arnova8G2 could fix it this issue we have the perfect camera.
One sample of a sunset shot... I love the results I now get with latest AEX and this GCam mod

@Arnova8G2 can you plese reinsert possibility to change model in the setting as the first Pixel2mod version? Now we can only change HDR setting, thanks for all! Set Pixel2 as model seems to reduce pinkish effect!

Have you tried the v1 update of the same version, which is said to have better video stabilisation? Wonder if there's a significant difference. I prefer the metadata on the first version (lets you know what configuration's in use), but I'm using the v1 for the supposed stabilisation improvements. How steady are your videos?
That's actually the one I'm using, too. Stabilisation works ok, but it's nothing to write home about, imo. In my mind stabilisation in GCMod5 v5 worked a little smoother, less nervous. So let's see how v6 will straighten out still photo issues, it might finally become the app of choice...

Edit: since I noticed talk on the main AEX thread about missing support for OIS on a deeper level, it might be that it's impossible to judge stabilisation at all yet...

@Arnova8G2 is it possible on the top of the screen in this black band have less space taken? It seem take a lot of space on our zuk z2 pro. I suppose that this place is for phone haven't physical boutton on the bottom of the screen.

Thanks.

Getting very good results, also. Looks like the low light problem is resolved, even without using the toggle. For video stabilisation, it also seems to work better than in the linked version from the first post, but again Idk what's possible on our device and use video rarely.

I tested it whilst out and about earlier, and it's pretty damn good; but I notice that the greensh/reddish discolouration still kicks in at times with HDR+ Enhanced activated.

The latest Pixel2Mod takes really clear and solid pictures on the back cam, but the front cam shots don't look as detailed as PixelMod, even with the sharpness activated.

@Arnova8G2, any chance of bringing back the config options, or, failing that, making the Nexus 5x the default under-the-hood config for the front cam?

Thanks for all your hard work to date.

Everything generally works well, though changing the shutter setting leaves me with reddish/pinkish pics. What config is the front camera on, and does switching on the sharpness toggle fulfil the same function as switching to Nexus 5X/6P on the earlier mods? Would be really great if you could set the front camera to get the same level of detail as the Nexus 5X configuration (The best for selfies, IMO), especially for the Pixel 2017 HDR+ setting. The back camera, as a general rule, works great, being speedy and snappy without skimping on quality; sharp, solid, and clear images, with little to no need to retake the shot 99% of the time.

First of all: Thanks a million you for your continued support!!!

Comparing to beta15

1. RAW compression is working now
2. Fast shutter speeds
3. Excellent photo's under daylight circumstances
4. Unfortunately low light performance has degraded and reintroduces old " reddish" problem to a point where HDR becomes unusable, also sometimes under artificial lighting inside buildings
5. Under low light it's sometimes impossible to get a focused/sharp picture, even with HDR disabled
(beta15 produces focused image)

True for both versions: Enabling h.265 should produce smaller video files than the standard h.264 afaik, unfortunately not in my case...
