I am confused. Should I use ur
"GCam-6.2.024-cstark27-Urnyx05-v1.0.apk"
or
"MGC_6.1.021_BSG_Arnova-TlnNeun_Urnyx05-v4.5.apk"?

Which one is better, stable and works without any lag?

(Magisk, Twrp installed. Device: OnePlus 5). Please explain.
GCam-6.2xxx has working ZSL with HDR+ processing. ZSL is zero shutter lag, hence the name suggests, it's faster. Literally like OOS Cam speed but with HDR+ processing in the background. Unfortunately it's still in early build for OP5/5T therefore the lag is still there. If you're looking at better, stable and works without lag, older versions might be for you. So use gcam 6.1xxx or lower versions.

I personally keep Arnova 6.1 xxx that has auxiliary cam and Urnyx 6.2 (cstark based) just for the sake of ZSL.

The GCam based on cstark27's version has some extra and new features. I'm using it, and getting great results in, even in night mode. However, this version has some lag.
The v1.0 at the end is because this is the first version adapted by Urnyx05, which is based on 6.2, the older version is based on Arnova's 6.1, and that's been around a long time now.

If you're looking for the more stable, go with the v4.5, but if you want to try new stuff, then go with the v1.0.
Also, if I remember correctly, you can have both installed next to each other, at least that's what Urnyx05 said earlier.

New version of GCam 6.1.021 is out!

Changelog:
- Fixed crash on Lenovo K6 Note in Night Mode and zoom
- Removed "Fix Green Tint" and forced this option only on OP5/5T
- Added Auto Antibanding (thanks Fu24 who reminded me I didn't add it)
- Fixed some Russian translations

Here is the link:

This one will be my last version based on GCam 6.1. Next version will be based on GCam 6.2.024
Is it possible to add support for smartwatch? App shows up in watch but doesn't install.

If I enable Auto Exposure under settings, images from Night Sight are very grainy and horribly noisy. But if I disable Auto Exposure, several times highlights are blown out. Do we have to settle with this, or is there some workaround?

Flashing the dot fix (I tried all versions for Android Pie) breaks both camera apps (stock and gcam) and the face unlock. It worked fine on OOS 9.0.4 but does not work anymore on 9.0.5. Any help is much appreciated.

Edit: It was related to the xXx No Limits profile settings. After flashing the Magisk module with the unaltered settings the cameras worked.

New version of GCam 6.1.021 is out!

Why the image appear opposite in this new update?
Right is Left, Left is Right.
Creating a big confusion. It's very weird.

Did I changed anything in settings or this is new feature which I can't seems to understand why it even exist!?

Did you flashed the 4.2 fix?
If I'm not wrong, the 4.2 fix causes this...
Flash 4.1 or 4.2 and the orientation will be correct again ?

I have flashed 4.2 (the lastest) one,
Do u want me to downgrade it to 4.1?

(By the way, how did u change/put Signature (i.e Current Device: OnePlus 5T - 128GB - Sandstone White
Current ROM: Oxygen Open Beta 12 (Android Oreo 8.1.0)
Current Kernel : blu_spark r123 )
?

I think its really important lifehack. And saves time.
I did go to my "About me" section but I did see anything name "Signature", so... how? )

Yea bro, downgrade it to 4.1 or 4.0 then it should be good ?
I had the same issue and it went away after flashing 4.0 fix.

The signature is just something I typed in my profile signature, you can access that after clicking on your profile pic ?
