V14 is beta, I know, but no problem for me ?
V11 is the last version. V14 beta is a lot older.
When beta ended, it started again from V1.

Install a custom rom , miui had very poor ram optimization.
Hey, what about battery life with custom rom? MIUI has a reaally good battery life.
Custom roms might not be able to provide as good battery life as Miui , but the difference is just about 1-2 hours mostly. It also depends on the rom you are using, the kernel in it.
There is a module named FDE which is pretty good at preseving battery. It is your choice at the end of the day to sacrifice something from Miui and gain something from stock android.
Can someone confirm if portrait mode works on miui? I have miui Global ROM and when I take a portrait mode the picture I get is not "portrait"
If it is a bug can anyone report it?

Man, can u explain to me about all of those different versions? The names doesn't tell much to me and I can't discover which one is the best/stable and so on

Yes, im using MIUI 10.3.10
I have Sobre enabled and portait mode works for me just fine. I just had to take a picture, then I get picture in portait mode (and normal pic aswell), instead of stock camera app where background of object is bluring in the moment while you still taking a picture.

What do you mean by "sobre enabled"?. Is it something I should have enabled in the configuration settings?
