Did you unzip it? The link is to a zipped apk. Got me the first time. =)

Strange... I have the same problem (unzipped the file with Astro).

If you have the problem parsing package message it means you can't install it simply because it's not compatible with any android version lesser than 4.0.x...

So no CM7 for instance
