Uninstall google ears, delete directory of google ears (make sure you don't have other google ears installed), reboot and push apk to system/app and fix permissions 644 and owner root.root.

I have tested in my phone and on my wife's phone galaxy ace and it's working.
Still no go force closes maybe you could take the libs from the one I posted and remove the libs from the new version and replace with them and resign the apkI think your right, i updated my post witha version without the lib, try it.

Try to push the apk to /system/app instead just to see if it stop's fc's
That's what I've been doing it won't install as a normal apk I have to move it to system /app then i've changed permission to 'rw-r-r
