Google Now + GPS enabled How much of a battery drain?

So... Most of the time i leave google now and my gps off, unless i need to use maps or navigation in which case i flip the gps on..

Can anyone tell me how much a battery drain leaving google now and gps on all the time is?

Last night over night it drained 10 more percent than usual because maps stayed open, and i left gps on...


Google Now, provides me no real value, but ive never used it extensively.

I use Now quite a bit, the new widget too, but leave gps turned off. Having gps turned on is not a requirement for Now. I wont comment on battery usage since it will be different for everyone.
