Hi guys, so I bought a used XL back in December 2018, the phone work perfectly never drop no issue no bugs, until July 2019 I was using it and it started moving slow then I powered it off and it went into bootloop. I conducted a factory reset and boot it in safe mode and it came on in safe mode then power off itself and from that time it just shows the Google name on start up for 10 second then powers off and repeat the cycle. Can anyone help me please.

Try this out, see if the device will boot up if you continuously press the power button over and over at a rate of about 2 presses every second. If the phone manages to boot up then the problem is something that's logged itself between the back of the power button and the actual button on the ribbon cable and is causing the phone to respond as if you were holding the power button in place all the time. This causes a hard reset of the device every few seconds as the phone attempts to power on. Pressing the button over and over interrupts the 5 second hold that's needed to initiate a hard reboot and this also means there's some gunk causing the issue. Put a little rubbing alcohol on a q-tip and lightly spread it around the cracks between the button and the frame of the device and then continuously press the button in order to free up what's ever causing the issue.
