This is the latest GAPPS available ie,16/JAN/2012.It also contains Market v3.4.4

UPDATE 16/JAN/2012
1- Car Home updated to 2.2.1.4
2- New GTalk with Audio/Video chat (don't know if it works with P500, but included anyway)
3- Removed that annoying "android.provision" pop-up when making a clean install
Latest Google Play 3.4.7 (see attachment)
Just rename the apk into vending.apk & change the permissions to rw-r-r in system/apps
