Google Play app won't install - package conflicts with an existing package

I recently upgraded from the 10 to the 11, however I have one app that refuses to install - the SVS subwoofer app.

It's a standard app from the store and no reason for it to be a problem. I get a '505' error when installing from the store, and even if I try and download and install the APK separately, i get a 'App not installed - the package conflicts with an existing package by the same name'.

I've tried all the 'fixes' for this error, and even completed a full reset but it makes no difference. The app installs on my old 10 fine.

Any suggestions?

Cannot be of much help, but I tried to install it and got same error.

Try contacting SVS support.

Thanks - that's helpful actually, as it shows its not just my phone!

Edited to add: SVS are aware and are working on a fix.
