Moto g 2013 xt1O33

with the installation cm-13.0-20151128-NIGHTLY-hammerhead.zip I have the same problem... When the phone turns on I got the same error "Unfortunately, Setup Wizard has stopped", You have two options REPORT ERROR and OK, if I press OK then immediately displays the same error msg. and you can not continue..

Sallular data also not working

what is the solution?

Wipe data,system dalvik cache,cache

Then first flash cm13 zip file then flash opengapps zip.(dodon't reboot moto g after cm13 flash)

I do it it successful install
BT something goes to wrong,
Network problem..my second network is not working..
Help me now what to do...
