Google play protect problem

Hi. Tried to install lineage yesterday (didn't go well at all). After that car crash I did a factory reset to get back to scratch. However, I cannot reinstsll Netflix now. Google play protect seems to be fine so I'm not sure what is wrong now...

So, what exactly did you install on your phone?
Also, a factory reset won't hurt at this point and may fix your current problem. Fyi, a factory reset just clears the data of a rom. It doesn't affect the system partition or the data on sdcard.
