Hello, last night I received a software update on my device realme gt2 the version was the A.18 but soon afterwards I received a Google play store error that the device is not certified and I can't use Google pay. Anyone else facing the same issue. The device was bought in EU and had the European software version.

I also have "device is not certified" after update A18, but no issues with Google play. I can install, run any Google app, etc.
Also on the European version of the device.

Absolutely pathetic that they haven't certified the build. I use google pay daily and this is really frustrating

Same here I can't use Google pay anymore. Phone is EU. It giving a error that my device is not certified or is rooted.
I'm surprise we aren't seeing any more complaint on the Discord chat or Reddit tbh. A lot of people must surely use Gpay.

wonder if not many have the update installed yet

Yes I also have security check issues after my upgrade to RMX3311_11_A.18. I don't use Google Pay yet, but it indeed prevents me from setting it up. I am also in the Netherlands by the way.

I noticed myself because I could not get access to my company Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams apps anymore. And maybe worse after a factory reset (to try to see if that could fix it) I CANNOT INSTALL NETFLIX app from Google Play anymore!!!!

The Netflix App would not be recognised on my phone until after a restart. Could you try that?
I've just restarted.didnt tried before, after restart netflix app works, but Google pay doesn't want to. I've deleted data and cache in Google play, cache in Google pay. Don't want to delete data in Google pay if not mandatory, I'll have in that case to readd all my cards again.

Sorry, my bank (Major Dutch bank with orange lion logo) doesn't support Google Pay so cannot verify that for you. Anyone else on here maybe?
