Google Play system update shows Oct 2019 and won't update

Guys I have doubt regarding oos OnePlus 7t...i recently was using open beta 8 with unlocked bootloader and rooted...the Google Play system update shows Oct 2019 and is not updating...is this common or will it update normally...? Any help is appreciated..

I have exactly the same issue. I've tried clearing cache and data for Google Play Store, Google Play Services, Google Services Framework, disabling 'find my device' admin, uninstalling updates, reboots.... and nothing worked

Before installing an APK from an unknown source, I would lock bootloader and/or uninstall magisk.
