Google Voice mod?

Question. I thought I read somewhere on this forum that some changed the Google Voice app from the white background to black. Does anyone know how to mod the app? I like the darker look of apps and the brightness of the stock app annoys me...plus its another thing to mod!

Shouldn't be too hard. Pull the apk and edit the layout xml's
