Google Wallet Tap & Pay missing

I just upgrade my note 2 to 3 but the tap and pay is not available on the 3, why is this? It works fine on the note 2, any one successfully have this working?
P.S. My wife ATT note 3 on straight plus has this feature. I've reading and looks like Verizon disabled this feature but why it works on Note 2? is it because I am using stock rooted deodex on Note 2? Any VZ Note 3 have this feature enabled? TIA

No idea, never had a note 2 but it worked right out of the box with no xsposed modules or hacks at all? I remember getting it to work on my S3 but I had to do some hacks to get it to work. The Note 3 google wallet hasn't worked at all on Verizon since I've had it. They're pushing that smartcard formerly ISIS.

Note 2 works as it is rooted using decodex stock room. I used other roms and they don't work. Only stock rooted stock rom seems to work. I do have xpose framework installed but only the tether module enabled, nothing related to wallet.
