Hello,
I'm not sure if it's here, where I should ask for a solution, but probably is the best place.
So I've used Googlefier to install the GMS and it works, it all works, or worked. Since yesterday the Google Autofill for passwords stopped working. When I go to Settings -> Google -> Autofill -> Passwords I get "Something went wrong" message. That's since yesterday. I don't know if updating the Google Play Services could be the cause (you've said that we can update it w/o issue), and I've updated them through the Google Play Store (got an app, that sent me to the proper location in the Play Store where there was an Update button). That's the only thing that has stopped working. Do you have any suggestion on how can I fix this? Thanks in advance.
Unistall it and then instal GPS from apk mirror. The link is in the FAQ.
In my case it worked.

Hi. First of all, thank your for this thread, it's being really helpful, but sadly, I came to a stop. I'm trying to get google services working on my new Huawei P40 Lite E, I downgraded to 10.1.0.106 as said on the first post, but when I finish the process, I'm getting the Play Protect error. I can't figure out how to fix it, so I'm not sure on what I should do

Everything work on P40 Lite except no Gmail notification and some apps like Pinterest don't work. I attached a pic of the error. This error is also on Gmail and Aliexpress app from Google Play Store. But Google maps and other google apps work fine without this error. Also Gmail works but shows this error everytime it is opened and it shows no notifications.

I have the MatePad 10.4. I managed to downgrade to 10.1.0.118 in the original post with OTG. This meant I could install the backup app correctly from Googlefier, but I still have no luck with opening LZPlay to begin the process as it just closes straight away after it says something in Chinese, and if i just proceed with the instruictions then google play just closes as soon as I open it. I read through this whole forum and saw that one or two other people have got as far as I have and I think have the same issue but I didn't see if anyone had answered or given a suggestion.

I understand that if this doesnt work then I should downgrade again, but from the videos that bender provided (the long ones by the Portugese man) I understood that I can't install a different firmware num, ber. In my case its C432. Or is it possible that I can install a different firmware such as C00 as this may be the only one that works? Also I can't seem to find the older firmwares anywhere, the easy-firmware place is a paid thing and I'm a bit reluctant to pay if it's not going to work.

Any suggestions or anyone had any success with the MatePad 10.4?? Everything works fine from the downgrade steps, it is purely just launching LZPlay and launching google play. All the services install fine from the steps so I have no issue with that and have been careful when installing.
