By the Way I don't see any .kdz in the dump folder I made, i see 76 files all ending with COM11 and weighting 59gbyes i hav headphone with volume control and pause. it works on my v20 in h915 and us996 rooted.

U need to do the button combo to get to recovery. It will take u to twrp and then u can format to remove encryption.
I don't have TWRP installed but i succeeded without it by doing the Hard Reset, now the phone is working on the US996 firmware and sadly the headphone jack works no better with headphones with buttons, so maybe i will have to change the jack... but on the up side, i can now root it and install a recovery.U need to do the button combo to get to recovery. I succeeded (i guess) in rooting the device, and having supersu but noticed that the device is way slower after, and there's always a message that says your device is corrupt. It cannot be trusted and will not boot, that makes booting the device way longer, also i have tied wiping all in twrp and installing the deodexed version and nothing works, the screen becomes an endless glitch until i use LGUP to restore the device to the default , also when i install twrp the phone tells me my 256gb sd card is corrupted and I have to format it fo fix it, and when i go back to the untouched firmware the sd card has no issue.I'm stucked at the LG logo after running the justrunme.cmd and i think the 3 steps passed, i also saw static at the fastboot menu. is your sd card encrypted? you prob need to format the sd card with the phone.
once your rooted you should flash a v20 rom like superv20 and a kernel like mk2000. my device flies with good battery life while enjoying the freedom of rooted phone.
