Woo-hoo! Just got that notification today and now it offers a "Do not show again" option! Kudos to Samsung developers.

AFAIK, stock ROM does not allow disabling Smart Manager. In my case "Disable" option for Smart Manager has always been grayed out.

I got this update and applied it but did not have time to check in detail. Does it now allow disabling additional users and guest users from lock screen? This is a major security risk, IMO. Anyone with access to the tablet can create a new account from the lock screen and access saved WiFi networks.
