i have here one xt1640 dead for ota OPJ28.111-22 upgrade.. is possible put in Fastboot for Blank Flash Repair?

I'd try the blankflash a few more times but it seems that blankflash does not work in rescuing devices updated to stock Oreo. Without access to a blankflash newer than 11/01/2019, we're stuck for options that don't require payment.
