I can confirm about issue on chrome happen only display view mode "small" select another two don't have this problem.
Another thing that I help people in Facebook group "Huawei Mediapad M3 Thailand" find out is some of us cannot download some games on playstore.
It happen because display view mode again, if you setup playstore on view mode Medium you some app will not support.
To fix
1. Select other mode.
2. Clear data of playstore
3. RESTART
4. Remove Google account and setup it again.
After done you can select any view mode.

I have changed my dpi to 320. It seem that scrolling is lag and do not a good response as it should. This dpi changed is effected on navigate bar on rotate screen (Landscape mode), navigation bar command are blank. I tried to disable them. It makes me annoying to call multiwindow function.

Do you have any idea?

I'm looking for a current tablet that's not Samsung ;) and has hardware buttons - never liked the fact that on-screen buttons eat into the display space. So I learned that there is a multifunction button on the M3 that can handle all three main actions (home, back, list). But can you disable the on-screen buttons to take advantage of this?

It is acceptable on this bug. The big UI is not good on using a large screen. Im happy on the 320 Dpi, it make me managing a lot of thing and overview at the same time. I hope developer will come to modify the ROM. Home button seem useless on call the multiwindow fuction.

You need to modify build.prop to disable on-screen bunttons.
1. Try adb to pull out build.prop and push it back after modify the code.
push the build.prop is failed for me due to permission locked. Tried to change permission to RW but it still no use. PC required
2. Root also change build.prop. PC not required.

Im not sure disable onscreen button would you have no change to call multiwindow. Holding square button is the only way to use that function. Please correct if I were wrong.
