Got myself a M8s

So... I got myself a M8s and after e qouple of weeks I thought I root it, install a cusom recovery and a nice custom rom. But I get confused... Are there any Roms for the M8s? Are they the same as for the M8 or aren't there any for the M8s at all?

Used to easier flashing with Samsung, Oneplus 2 and LG. Any easy way to find the tools needed for flashing and rooting?

To be clear... I'm on stock 6.0.1

There is a thread already on here about CM12.1 just for the m8s. Its running pretty smooth with little to no bugs.
