tl;dr: Got a new battery. I've seen lots of posts around on how to reset the battery stats so the phone "knows" how to accurately gauge how much batter is left. Is that necessary with a new battery?
I upgraded to stock pie about a month or so ago. Since then, my phone randomly freezes and reboots 5-10 times per day. It's not an app causing it as it does it the same thing in safe mode. It happens when the phone is plugged in also. I thought maybe it was the battery, so I got a new one installed. It's still doing it even after the new battery.
