Ok, that means we have both the problem, so its like i said source or upstream.

Check your model and firmware version before flashing this boot image with fastboot command.
Hope you know how to flash via fastboot.
It should work. You can backup present boot via TWRP and flash this stock boot in "Download" mode. Let me know...

I will try to contact Huawei to see if I can get the latest upstream kernel changes.
@kwoktopus, root made the issue, something is not implemented in ramdisk.
To be specific, the new kernel cant handle with su. Stock compiled by huawei works, but selfcompiled needs some modification like i see.

No, that feature allows the system to perform operations without resuming out of suspend (saves battery)
after some testing i have to say that the stock kernel feels on the ui side a bit smoother and boot process is much shorter.

I don't see any booting delay. I am running on stock (rooted systemlessly using magisk) and also debloated all unwanted apps. So far I am enjoying this kernel without any issue.after some testing i have to say that the stock kernel feels on the ui side a bit smoother and boot process is much shorter.
